The Workout

Sarah Jane will lead you through 2 workouts with your baby, including warm up exercises before both.

The exercises are also great for mums who need to stretch their backs out after breastfeeding.

The first light workout is for mums who are getting used to exercising again.

The second exercises are more strenuous but will reward those mums who are ready to sweat a bit more!

All the exercises are tailored for mums with babies from 6 weeks, and depending on their age they can face towards you or outwards.

Remember to keep a bottle of water nearby to keep hydrated.

We've also included some pelvic floor exercises that you can do at anytime, before, during and after pregnancy.

We'd always recommend you see a doctor before you undertake any exercise.
